Where: 5473 Osage Beach Pkwy., Osage Beach
What: Shoot a lazer beam at players in a room filled with blacklight, fog, flashing lights and music. A scoreboard keeps track of who wins. One game takes about 20 minutes to play. It can hold up to groups of 24 people.
Why we like it: Unlike paintball, you won’t get stung by bullets or left with splashes of paint on your clothes.
Cost: $8.50/person for one game
Hours: 11 a.m.-11 p.m. every day
Replay Video Games
Where: 3924 Jr. Prewitt Pkwy., Osage Beach
Hours: Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday
What: Purchase new and used games and visit the gaming room to try them out before you buy.
Why we like it: You can play games by the hour on one of the 16, 32-inch HD TVs. Play with a friend or someone else through the Internet.
Cost: Game play rate starts at $5 per hour, but packages are available.
